Room leader - This role is to oversee the children in that room as well as the workers. They make sure that the room is helping children up to 5 years of age learn and develop in a safe and supportive environment., Counsellor - This person helps people discuss their problems in a private setting. They build trusting and respectful relationships. , Head teacher - This person must ensure the highest quality of teaching and learning. They need to make sure that everyone is kept safe, attend meetings, speak with parents and deal with finances.  , SENDCO - This role involves being responsible for children and young people with additional needs. They give extra support and complete assessments to ensure the best outcomes. , Teaching assistant - This person needs to undertake a variety of roles within their job and they would need to work collaboratively with the class teacher. They support the children with various activities. , Designated Safeguarding Lead - This person can work with children, young people, parents, teachers, social workers, police and mental health workers. They need to collect evidence, assess the indiviudal needs and take action. They need to be able to stay calm, be a good listener and be able to deal with sensitive issues. ,
