Using the information gathered, you sketch possible solutions. You must sketch a unique design that satisfies the brief. You should use a number of different sketching techniques to demonstrate your ideas., Final solution - In this stage, one final design solution that best fits the brief must be chosen. This solution may be based on one of the possible solutions or a mixture of possible solutions., Design Realisation - Once a final design has been chosen, the next step is ‘design realisation’. In order to manufacture any product, a set of accurate working drawings, must be created. This can be done using traditional paper drawings or CAD. Working drawings are created to scale and fully dimensioned to ensure accurate manufacturing., Evaluation Stage - After completing the manufacturing stage of the design process, an evaluation is needed.
