1) Turn around ten times! 2) Hop on your left foot five times! 3) Jump up and clap your hands ten times! 4) Stand up and touch your toes! 5) Pretend that you are trying to walk through 3 feet of snow! 6) Do ten jumping jacks! 7) Hop back and forth on your left and right foot five times each! 8) Hold your arms over your head and wiggle them back and forth ten times!
