1) You can get ahead in your career only if you have connections. 2) It's better to pursue a good paying corporate job that makes you unhappy than a hobby that you like but doesn't bring a stable income. 3) Nowadays computer skills don't provide a competitive advantage when applying for a job. 4) A person is a valuable hire only if the company can benefit by hiring them. 5) Great leaders never want to maintain the status quo. 6) People never settle in a job these days and very often leave after a few months. 7) An employee who can demonstrate their USPs could be more valuable than a more qualified or experienced worker. 8) Success is not determined by ability but by hard work and resilience.  9) A good idea is about 10 percent and implementation, hard work, and luck is 90 percent. 10) With each challenge that you tackle, you become better prepared to handle the next one.
