The German chancellor Angela Merkel has told politicians that ____ to build a multicultural society in Germany have "____ failed". She was speaking at a conference attended by her party, the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), on Saturday. Her ____ was a shocking assessment of multiculturalism in Germany.
