1) Women didn’t develop theories of liberation early, so they didn’t emancipate themselves. 2) Men were given the impression that they are much more important in the world than they actually are, so they did not become "good" human beings. 3) Women took a long time to realize they were oppressed, so they didn’t create theories about their liberation. 4) Women were absent from history books, so girls didn’t have role models. 5) Patriarchy was accepted as natural, so people didn’t question it.
