1) Read aloud and check that your writing makes sense especially where it has been linked together 2) Check that you have used capital letters for names: Theseus, King Minos, Ariadne, Minotaur etc. 3) Check that you have used commas for fronted adverbials: Suddenly,... Carefully,... 4) Check that you have used commas for embedded clauses: The Minotaur, which was furious, roared with anger 5) Make sure that you have chosen the most interesting words you could think of.
