What made you change your mind (or not)?, In what situations is it especially important to keep an open mind? Do you find it easy or difficult?, Have you ever met someone you would describe as narrow-minded? What happened in that situation?, Tell your partner about an eye-opening experience you’ve had (a trip, a book, a conversation, etc.). Why was it eye-opening for you?, Think about a recent news story or issue. What is your perspective on it, and how might someone with a different background see it differently?, When was the last time you heard a really convincing argument that changed your opinion about something? What made it so convincing?
