Teacher taught us about the digestion system and we watched a video about the different parts of digestion., First I opened the plastic bag which represented the stomach and poured in some orange juice into the bag. the orange juice represented the acid., Next, I put two biscuits into the plastic bag. Then I put half a banana into the bag too. This represented my lunch., Then I crushed the food inside the bag until it all turned mushy. This represented digestion., After a few minutes, I got the tights and opened it up. The tights represented the small intestine., I then carefully poured the liquid and food into the tights., Next, I pushed and squeezed the liquid inside the tights until the liquid poured out and the food stayed inside., The liquid represents the vitamins and goes into our blood. The food left inside the tights presents the poo., I cleaned up all the equipment and wiped my table clean.
