The procedure for the Selection of Members of the Supreme Court is set out in sections 23-31 of the Constitutional ____ Act 2005 (CRA).When a vacancy to the Supreme Court bench arises, the Lord Chancellor will be notified. It is his responsibility to convene a selection commission: he usually does this by way of a letter to the ____ of the Court who chairs the selection commission.
