Place an agar cube mixed with phenylathalein indicator into a beaker, using foreceps, measure 25cm3 of one of the hydrochloric acid concentrations , using a measuring cylinder, add this hydrochloric acid to the beaker containing the cube, start the stop clock immediately, record the time taken for the agar cube to completely change yellow all through the cube, repeat all steps with each concentration of acid on a fresh cube.
