It also helps you appear calm and confident., Paraphrase the question - This allows you to confirm you've understood the question and also make sure the rest of the audience has heard the question. This will help you avoid a dialogue with one person., Answer the question - Address the entire audience when you answer, not only the person who answered the question., Confirm you have answered - 'Does that answer your question?' This brings the question to a close in a calm and confident way.,
