hardly had we arrived at the hotel, when there was a power cut, under no circumstances are staff to accept gratuities from guests, in no way can we be held responsible for personal possessions, little did we realise just how disgusting the hotel would be, no sooner had we stepped inside our room, than the fire alarm went off, not only was the food incredible, but the room luxurious, rarely will you find such a hidden gem, never before have I stayed in such an exquisite hotel, on no account will we leave a good review,
