A Day at the Beach Last Saturday, my class went on a trip to the beach. ____ , we all met at school early in the morning and checked that everyone was there. ____ , the teacher gave us some instructions and reminded us to stay safe. ____ , we got on the bus and started our journey to the beach. The trip took two hours. ____ we arrived, we chose a place to leave our bags and towels. Some students ran straight to the water while others stayed on the sand to play volleyball. ____ , we shared our lunch together: sandwiches, fruit, and cold drinks. We also built sandcastles and collected seashells along the shore. ____ leaving, we packed up our things and cleaned the area to make sure nothing was left behind. ____ , we got back on the bus, feeling tired but happy. It was one of the best trips we’ve ever had!
