Players must:: Pass or shoot within 4 seconds., Obey the footwork rule., Obey the 1m distance rule., Only jump once to defend a throw., Players must not:: Deliberately kick the ball., Bounce the ball more than once., Hand or roll the ball to another player., Place their hands on an opponent's ball., Throw the ball whilst sitting on lying on the ground., Use the goalpost as a support., Throw the ball over a complete third, without passing., Regain possession without it being touched by anoter player.,
