Well, I have been always interested both in working in an international environment and in administration., This is where I feel I can perform at my best., So I was quite interested in your invitation to the interview, I'm goal-oriented and persistent., All my colleagues know that I'm very punctual., I like to maintain cross-functional communications., I feel comfortable facing difficulties at work., I'm open to new things and novelty motivates me., Over 12 years, I have learnt to communicate and negotiate., I respect my company's values and principles and I try to ensure sticking to them., I can work alone and in a team equally well and both formats bring me satisfation., My team says that I can admit, correct my mistakes and work on them., in my experience, i can operate/work under stress/ time pressure, My experience shows that I can operate/work under stress/ time pressure, My knowledge and skills will/can be of use to the Embassy., As for my weaknesses, well, my team members tell me that I can be a bit too demanding at times and I'm aware of that., That can happen under huge workload., One more thing that I consider a weakness too is that sometimes I think that I'm a bit too approachable, I'm working on that giving my team more independence as I don't want to spoon-feed them and make them dependent on me., In general, I don't like tight deadlines but i'm used to having many tasks on the go., So I know how to prioritize the most important and urgent ones over those that can wait., For that, I free up some time and delegate other tasks to other members of my team., This approach helps me to meet tight deadlines and stay efficient.
