1) BEFORE lunch we wash our hands. 2) We need some bread, cheese and salad. 3) FIRST, we cut the bread. 4) SECOND, we put the cheese on the bread. 5) THEN we put some salad on the cheese. 6) THEN some more bread 7) NOW we eat the sandwich 8) AFTER the sandwich we wash our hands!
