It is the hottest part., Tectonic Plates - These are constantly moving, causing earthquakes when the fault line rub together., Seismorgraphs - A machine which measures the power of an earthquake., Ring of Fire - A place where the frequent earthquakes occur due to the position of tectonic plates., Focus - The point at which an earthquake begins, Epicentre - The point on the Earth’s surface directly above the site where an earthquake originates, Subduction zone - Where two tectonic plates collide and one plate is forced underneath the other and sinks into the Earth's mantle.,
