Examples: Moss & Lichens , Carrying Capacity, the maximum population size of a biological species that can be sustained by that specific environment, given the food, habitat, water, and other resources available., Climax Community, When one community no longer replaces another community and the ecosystem becomes stable after hundreds of years of change, Secondary Succession, When a community is disturbed and the ecosystem must restart. Soil exists AND so do seeds, plants and animals .
