1) Students achieving at the ‘Progressing” level demonstrate basic or inconsistent application of end-of-year concepts and skills, academic performance, application, or students habits. 2) Progressing work indicates a partial understanding or display of the concepts and skills included in Oklahoma’s rigorous, academic standards. 3) Some standards include multiple concepts and teaching may have begun, but is not yet complete. 4) This grade would be appropriate for an “on-level” student in the Fall and Winter for many of the standards.   5) A “2” reflects normal progress and is to be expected in the early reporting periods. 6) The student is making expected progress but is not yet at end-of-year standards.
