1) Stand up and stretch your arms and legs. 2) Take a deep breath in and out five times. 3) Do 10 jumping jacks. 4) Walk around the room for two minutes. 5) Dance to your favorite song for one minute. 6) Pretend to be your favorite animal for 30 seconds. 7) Close your eyes and visualize your happy place. 8) Shake out your hands and feet to release tension. 9) Do a quick yoga pose like tree pose or downward dog. 10) Play “Simon Says” for a few minutes. 11) Do a mini scavenger hunt around the classroom. 12) Sing a silly song together as a group 13) Create a funny face and hold it for 10 seconds. 14) Balance on one foot for 10 seconds, then switch.
