Negative or Fixed Mindset: Darn I need, help I guess I am not smart, This is something I have seen before, I am not going to learn anything new, Other people don't like me., If I don't make good grades, college is not something that will help me in life, I can't do this...., I don't belong here., The teachers here don't care about me, This work doesn't relate to the real world., I never will try this ever again, I am always right , I'll always be stuck here in the moment, Life will always be hard, I'm better than other people here, I'm terrible at this compared to other people, This day is ruined, and I quit it, Positive or Growth Mindset: Positive or Growth Mindset, I need help, I better ask someone or use my time to learn, I like myself, I shouldn't worry about being popular, If I get good grades, I will set myself up for a good future in a job, I can't do this yet!, How can I find a way to interact with others?, I understand people near me help as much as they are able to help, I can't see how this helps me in the world, but I know adults here have seen how it applies and I trust it., I should try new things, change is good for my learning, My ideas are solid, and I can agree to disagree with you, Things change, people change, hard times turn into better times, I can overcome challenges that come my way, I can be better than me in the past, and comparing myself to others is not fair to me, I am learning at my own pace and my skills are always improving, I know a few bad moments don't have to ruin my day,
