Ex: Julian seems upset today, I must have done something to make him upset., Labeling or Name Calling Mindset - Name calling yourself or others based on one thing that happened. Ex: I feel nervous to go to school today, that means something bad will happen. , Dismissing The Positive - When you don't believe the good stuff. "My teacher said good job, but she says that to everyone, she didn't really mean it.", Blaming Others - Blaming others instead of looking at what you can do differently. Ex: I only got corrected for talking because my friend was talking to me and I had to answer.", Fortune Telling - Always expecting the worst outcome.
