I have difficulty falling asleep and wake up several times every night., I keep getting sick and have to miss a lot of work. I'm afraid I'll be fired., I have high sugar levels, but I've got a sweet tooth and can't live without chocolate., I need to lose some weight but I feel too tired to do sport or exercise., I spend a lot of time in front of the computer. I think I'm addicted to social media., I've been feeling very tired and depressed recently., I want to give up smoking but I don't know how., I've got a headache every day and it's driving me crazy., I have a lot of exams in the next weeks and feel stressed all the time., I can't manage my time and keep forgetting about important events and tasks., My back hurts all the time. I can't go for long walks any more because of my backache., I'm so skinny! I wish I could put on some weight..
