This can be measured within 30-70 minutes after drinking., Tolerance - results in a need to increase the dosage of a drug overtime to obtain the same original effect obtained at a lower dose., Intoxicated - A person who is drunk or under the influence of drugs., Drug abuse - Using any substance for the purpose of feeling good or getting high. Abuse might also include the use of a substance for purposes outside of the recommended dosage for the purpose of creating an intensified response- either euphoric or depressed.
