Ím 17-year-old Emma from Geesthacht in Germany. , At the moment I am doing a work placement in a physiotherapy practice near Stockholm, Sweden., I am enjoying my work placement because I am getting an insight into practical elements of the job. I think more employers are looking for people with work experience abroad., The good thing about this placement is that I get paid for it. , However, the early start every morning is not so nice., I begin work at 7 a.m. every day. , That means I have to get up at 5 in the morning to catch the train to work., I am often at the front desk where the patients check in. , But I sometimes show patients how to use mobility aids (Krücken, Rollator oder Rollstuhl), This week, however, I am in the office., So, at the moment I am writing reports and updating patients ´ records., I find the work placement interesting because I am really getting to know all aspects of the work as a physiotherapy assistant.,
