1) Claudia Lopez should have implemented the extended car restriction at the beginning of the year. We all still get stuck in traffic and continue to pay high fees for taxes and insurance. 2) The government could legalize cannabis instead of alcohol so that they also contribute to the country's economy.  3) Will Smith shouldn't have slapped Chris Rock at the Oscars. He could have expressed his dissatisfaction in his speech. 4) Police officers could be chasing thieves instead of civilians to fine them.  5) The government should adopt policies such as discounts on health care services to prompt teenagers to do more physical activity.   6) Bogota’s mayor could force people to use their bicycles more often instad of "PICO y PLACA " to reduce pollution by having more “Días sin carro”, at least once per month.
