ALKYLATING AGENTS - Cell-Cycle Non-Specific. Bonds with DNA, RNA, and protein molecules, resulting in impaired DNA replication, RNA transcription, and cell functioning All resulting in cell death. Causes bone marrow suppression, N/V, Stomatitis, Alopecia, Gonadal Suppression, and development of secondary malignancies. Includes Cisplatin, Cyclophosphamide, Oxaliplatin, ANTIMETABOLITES - Cell-Cycle-SPECIFIC (S-Phase). Interfere with biosynthesis of metabolites or nucleic acids that are necessary for RNA and DNA synthesis. Inhibits DNA replication and repair. Can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, bone marrow suppression, stomatitis. Includes Capecitabine, Fluorouracil, Gemcitabine, Methotrexate, ANTI-TUMOR AGENTS - Cell-Cycle Non-Specific. Interferes with DNA synthesis by binding to DNA. Preventing RNA synthesis. Can cause bone marrow suppression, nausea, vomiting, alopecia, and anorexia. Includes Daunorubicin, Bleomycin., MIOTIC SPINDLE INHIBITORS - Cell-Cycle SPECIFIC (M-Phase). Arrest metaphase by inhibiting tubulin depolymerization. Can cause hypersensitivity reactions, bone marrow suppression, alopecia, peripheral neuropathy, and mucositis. Includes Docetaxel, MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES - A recombinant humanized anti-HER-2. It is a targeted antineoplastic agent that binds to the growth factor receptors found on blood vessels, colorectal cancer cells, breast cancer cells, to prevent intracellular growth factors from becoming activated and stimulating cell growth. Often used with Fluorouracil, Cisplatin, Capecitabine in patients with gastric cancer that are HER-2 Positive. Can cause cardiotoxicity (dyspnea, edema, HF),
