Leave for 5 minutes for the contents of the beaker to reach the correct temperature., Add 5cm3 of the lipase solution and start the stopwatch., Stir the contents of the beaker until the mixture loses the pink colour. Stop the stopwatch., Record how long it takes until the pink colour disappears in your table and repeat twice more., Repeat the steps again at 30,40,50,60oC.
