One method which can be used to develop performance is Interval Training. This is used to develop your Speed., To do Interval Training you need cones, measuring tape, a partner and a stopwatch. , To set it up you place a cone down on the ground and then use the measuring tape and measure 25metres in a straight line and put the other cone down. , To carry it out you stand at the first cone then sprint to the other when your partner says go.  , You then walk back to the first cone. If it took you 3 seconds to sprint you should rest for 18 seconds as the work/rest ratio is 1:6., You then repeat this 10 times which would be one set. After the set have a 2 minute break then start again. You do 3 sets. .
