Ringo - This game is played on rectangular court with a rised net. Players stand opposite sides of the net and throw a small rubber ring back and forth, wihout letting it hit the ground. To score a point the ring has to hit the floor on the opponent's side. Players can catch the ring with one hand and they have to to throw it with the same hand. , Chłopek - The participant jumps on one leg through the blocks 1, 2, 3, then he/she may rest by putting his/her both legs on the pavement - the left on number 4 and the right on 5, them jumps on 6 and 7 - 8 with both legs.then she/he flips the legs turning 180 degrees and repeats it again. , Boccia - This is is an attack and defend game, with two sides competing over a set number of ends. The aim is to score as many points as possible by placing their set of coloured balls closest to the white jack ball.All players must be seated during a game., Zośka - Players play with the "ball" which is either a sack full of barley or sand, or it has a small rock on one site and a piece of wool on the other. Each players stands inside one circle ~1 m radius. Players throw the ball by use of every part of the body except hands out of the circle - the most used parts are usually feet and knees. ,
