I am writing to complain about an MP3 player which I bought at MediaMarkt in Gdańsk on March 12th., I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your restaurant., I demand an immediate replacement or I shall be forced to take the matter further., I demand a full refund or I shall be forced to take the matter further., I would appreciate it if you could replace or repair the faulty appliance as soon as possible., I am writing to inform you that I was absoultely horrified by the rudness of one of your waiters., I feel extremely disappointed with this poor service., I expect you to send me an immediate repalcement., I hope that this matter will be dealt with promptly., I suggest you give your staff some xtra training in customer service., I ma looking forward to hearing from you.,
