Interviewer: Can you tell me a bit about yourself?, Learner: Certainly. I'm a friendly, patient, and reliable person. I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and learning about new cultures. I'm also very motivated when it comes to personal development., Interviewer: That sounds great. What skills do you have?, Learner: I have strong communication skills and I work well in a team. I’m confident speaking with different people and I always try to stay positive, especially in challenging situations., Interviewer: And where are you living at the moment?, Learner: I currently live in North London. I’ve been there since I arrived in the UK., Interviewer: When did you move to the UK?, Learner: I moved here in March 2023. It was a big change, but it’s been a positive experience overall., Interviewer: What made you decide to move here?, Learner: I came to the UK to find better opportunities, both professionally and personally. I wanted to improve my English, continue my education and hopefully build a better future for myself., Interviewer: Have you ever regretted the move?, Learner: No, I haven’t. Of course, it was difficult at the beginning, but I’ve learned a lot, and I’ve met some really supportive people. I believe it was the right decision., Interviewer: What are your goals for the next few years?, Learner: Over the next two to five years, I’d like to complete my ESOL Level 2, go on to study a teaching assistant course, and eventually work in education. My dream is to work in an ESOL class like this one, supporting learners. I really admire Atin—she's an excellent teacher and role model., Interviewer: That’s fantastic. What would your ideal job be in the future?, Learner: Ideally, I’d like to become an ESOL teacher. I’d love to support people who are new to the country and help them feel more confident in using English in their daily lives. I know how difficult it can be when you’re starting from zero., Interviewer: Thank you so much for sharing that. It’s been lovely talking to you., Learner: Thank you. I appreciate the opportunity..
