NRP equipment, delivery table, postpartum Pitocin), Notify charge RN and provider of imminent delivery, Notify other team members (nursery, pediatrician, RT, etc.) if needed for delivery, Continue to coach labor patient through second stage, Provide SBARs to delivery team upon arrival to delivery room, Count baseline sharps and laps on delivery table, Note time of head delivery, Assist with maneuvers as needed for shoulder delivery, Note time of body delivery, Begin postpartum Pitocin infusion, Provide fundal massage as needed to maintain uterine tone, Note time of placenta delivery, Begin QBL procedure, Provide assistance as needed during any laceration repair, Count final sharps and laps on delivery table - address any discrepancies, Finalize and report off total QBL volume for delivery, Review delivery summary with provider and discuss considerations for patient's recovery, Debrief with provider, patient, family members and other team members about delivery.
