She is introducing herself., My name is Sara Ahmed., I’m 45, and I originally come from Lahore in Pakistan., I’ve been living in Longsight, Manchester for two years...., ...and I share a comfortable flat with my husband and our daughter, who's in secondary school., At the moment, I'm a full-time housewife..., but I also attend ESOL classes twice a week because I want to improve my English., I’m good at cooking traditional dishes, sewing, and organising a home., In my free time, I like walking in the local park, watching TV dramas, and sometimes joining community events., I feel that I'm settling in well, although I still face challenges with speaking English confidently and understanding different accents., My hope is to build a better life for my family, improve my English enough to get a part-time job, and become more independent in the city.,
