Yesterday, the deployment failed again, and we’re starting to wonder if it has something to do with the recent changes to the environment, especially the DB upgrade. Do you think maybe we should roll back the DB changes, or is that too risky? - The deployment failed again yesterday, and we suspect it’s related to the recent environment update. Should we roll back the DB changes? , We’ve been thinking about the user feedback from last week and how they’re saying the new interface is harder to use. They mentioned the button placement, the colors, and also that it loads more slowly. What do you want us to do about the feedback, do you think it´s better to fix it now or should we wait? - Users said the new interface feels harder to use: slow loading, poor button placement, and unclear colors. Do you want us to prioritize fixing that now?, We were reviewing the logs from this morning and noticed that several services timed out when trying to access the external API. We haven’t changed anything on our end, so perhaps there’s an issue with their endpoint. Should we notify the partner team? What do you think? - We saw multiple timeouts this morning when services accessed their external API, even though nothing changed on our side. Should we notify the partner team?, Regarding the Q3 report, our team is in the process of finalizing everything, and we’re almost done. However, we’ve noticed that there are still a few metrics missing, specifically the ones we usually pull from the product analytics dashboard. It looks like the dashboard hasn’t refreshed or updated since sometime last week, so those figures haven’t come through yet. We weren’t sure if we should wait until the data becomes available or just go ahead and submit the report in its current form without those metrics. What should we do in this case? - The dashboard hasn’t updated since last week and a few metrics are still missing. Should we wait for the analytics data before submitting the Q3 report?, I was going over the current project scope and noticed something I think we need to flag. It looks like we’ve added two additional features to what was originally planned, but the deadline hasn’t been adjusted to reflect that change. Given that the team is already operating at full capacity and juggling a lot, I’m a bit concerned about how realistic it is to complete everything on time. Do you think it would make sense for us to reach out to the client and ask if they’d be open to extending the deadline to accommodate the added work? - We’ve added two new features to the scope, but the deadline stayed the same and the team is stretched. Should we ask the client for more time?,
