Clause 3. The Agent shall endeavour to obtain business to the Principal and is bound to serve the interests or the said Principal to the best or his ability. He will do his best to provide all information necessary for the purpose or promoting business, and especially inform the Principal immediately aboul every order received. - The agent has to carry out his duties to the principal as well as he possibly can. The agent has to provide information to customers about  the principal´s business, and must tell the principal as soon as he has received a new order., Clause 4. He may not deviate from the prices, delivery and payment conditions of the Principal without his consent. - The agent needs permission from the principal to change prices and conditions of sale, etc., Clause 9(a). The contract shall come into force on 10 February 2006 and shall be valid for an indefinite period. - The contract is valid from 10 February 2006 and runs for an indefinite period., Clause 9(b). Where the contract has been agreed for an indefinite period, it may be terminated by either party thereto giving, by registered letter, six months' notice prior 10 the end of a calendar quarter. - The contract can be ended by the parties through registered letter. However, six months notice must be given at the end of a calendar quarter. , Clause 10. The provisions of the EEC Council Directive of 18 December 1986 apply to this agreement. In other respects, the law of the domicile or the Agent is to be consulted. - The provisions of the EEC Council Directive of 18 December 1986 apply to the contract. If the Directive does not cover a particular set of circumstances, the law of the country in which the agent is domiciled must be considered., Clause 11. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be decided by the competent Court in the area where the claimant has his residence or registered offices. - Any disputes concerning the contract must be heard before a court in the jurisdiction in which the claimant is resident or in which the claimant's business is registered.,
