heavy going, it had me in stitches, I read it from cover to cover, the book was so gripping, can’t recommend it enough, the story is set in the past, vivid imagination, couldn’t put it down, rich, vivid/vibrant language, based on a true story,  an unexpected twist at the end, complicated plot, the ending is rather predictable, a real page turner.
