Makes it easier to sort messages., Address Book - Allows you to access contact's email addresses and data., Signature - Allows you to save your personal details in emails automatically., Priority - Checks for delivery of a message and ensures it can be marked as urgent., Read Receipts - Tells you the email has been opened.
