What I really liked about Japan was... (e.g a famous event), What I didn't know about Mexico was... (e.g the popularity) , I didn't like .... in Japan. (e.g sports) , I was surprised when they mentioned .... in the UK.  (the famous athetles) , ... was the most interesting country for me. (e.g The UK).
