Magnifying glasses, paper for observational drawings, writing/drawing tools, and butterfly books are all available for children to engage with during center time.The educator asks to see a menu when children are playing “restaurant,” or ask questions of a small group of children who are drawing a pamphlet.During a science lesson on the sense of taste, the educator does not prepare any foods or items that are safe to taste for children to try. The educator prints out a black-and-white anatomy diagram of the tongue that has over 10 parts labeled; this is the only material used in a lecture-style lesson.,
