CS and ACS Required - Required to establish & maintain a program; work together to lead the Children's program; model co-leadership., Background Screening - Required for all CP leaders & regular volunteers; no CL or volunteer (having served 3 times) may serve without this., Two Trained CL's - Required to establish a children's classroom; work together to balance teaching responsibilities; must consent to compliance with all policies & procedures., Parental Permission - Required for child to attend BSF in-person or online; another adult can be designated as BSF adult., BSF Adult Attendance - For class or seminar attendance; ensures quick response in the event of emergency., No Outside Contact - Applies to class staff, leaders & regular volunteers; includes social media & private Zoom chats, To-the-door policy - Child must be accompanied by BSF adult to & from class; exceptions made for HS students; safety of students ensured., Use of Safety Features - Controlling admittance to class from Zoom waiting room; disabling private chats; students asked to follow a code of conduct., Annual Recertification - Required for all CL's & regular volunteers; annual use of CP111., Two-Adult Policy - Applies to every space where children are in the care of BSF; applies to volunteers or leaders; applies to online breakout rooms., Suspected Child Abuse - Familiarity with local procedures & reporting requirements necessary; CS explains procedures to ACS & CL's; online: DOT must be familiar with local procedures.,
