People with damage to this area can understand words, but have trouble putting words together (difficulty expressing words), Wernicke Area - Located in the temporal lobe. People with damage to this area have difficulty with comprehension of written and spoken words and difficulty with reading and wrighting , Aphasia - Can occur from brain injuries and make it difficult for people to express themselves.
