Questioning - Effective questioning is used to open conversations; inspire deeper learning, promote interaction and be inclusive of all learners., Formative Assessment  - An in-process evaluation of learner comprehension, learning needs and judgement to the learner understanding or progress., Use of Digital tech - Effective use of digital learning tools that can increase student engagement, help educators improve lesson plans, facilitate personalised learning and helps build essential 21st century skills., Feedback/Feed Forward - Making judgements on a learner’s performance in the past undertaken on a constructive manner. Encouraging focus on development or opportunity to grow in the future., Planning - Evidence of lesson planning. This will be demonstrated in the format of a lesson plan, which details the aim of the lesson, how it will be achieved and how it will be measured., Supporting SpLD/Neurodiversity - Consideration and support given by the educator to meet the needs of the learners. Appropriate adaptions made to resources, tasks, assessments to accommodate the needs of individual learning plans., Evidencing progress - Monitoring learner’s progress and performance. Give opportunities for learners to reflect and recognise for themselves what they need to do to become more capable., Subject knowledge - This will allow the educator to stretch and challenge learners and allow a confident and high-quality delivery., Differentiated activities - Consideration applied by the educator to planning and facilitating a lesson that adjusts the content being discussed and the process used to learn.
