Disinhibited Social Engagement Disorder, displays culturally inappropriate, overly familiar behavior with relative strangers without checking back with the adult caregiver, experience impaired caregiving, overly social and interacts with strangers, may walk up to someone in a store they have never met and hug them, Reactive Attachment Disorder, rarely or minimally goes to an attachment figure for comfort, support, protection, or nurturance when distressed, detached from others or emotionally withdrawn, do not seek comfort from caregivers or respond to physical touch when distressed, low levels of expressed emotions, particularly positive emotion.
