Light Energy, waves that travel in a straight line, crest, highest point on a wave, trough , lowest point on a wave, amplitude, height, distance from the midpoint, wavelength, distance between a point on one wave and the same point on the next wave, photon, tiny bundle of energy that travel through space , frequency , the number of waves that pass a point in a given amount of time , transverse wave, moves at right angles to the direction the wave travels , the higher the amplitude...., ...the more energy the wave has , as wavelength increases..., ...frequency decreases , opaque, NO LIGHT can pass through ~ door, book, translucent, SOME light can pass through ~ frosted glass, stained glass, transparent, ALL light can pass through ~ window .
