All tasks are assessed, risks identified and managed. The risk management process addresses all potential hazards. The HOC concept is known by all line managers and supported by the HS function, Referring to the 5 steps of risk management (Hazard identification, population at risk, risk analysis, rating and prioritisation, HOC to mitigate risk exposure and monitoring & review), the site defined a clear action plan, addressing risks by priority, plan which is monitored, reviewed and controlled permanently
