Every company that seeks success should have Innovation as a value, not Continuous Improvement., Solidarity as a value actually promotes mediocrity. This is why it should be replaced with Individual Excellence., Individual Responsibility is a better value to have than Involvement: if everybody does its job with responsibility, extra involvement is not needed., Outcomes have to prevail, not transparency, just as the purpose is more important than the means to achieve it., If individual results demonstrate competence, there is no need for help or feedback from others., If you do a good job, be proud. Modesty is for those that have modest achievement., If everybody does it’s job as they should, extra engagement is not necessary.
