In today’s fast-changing world, schools must promote lifelong, learning rather than focusing only on exams., The only real core, competence schools should teach is adaptability—everything else will be outdated in ten years., The so-called skills, gap exists because students are unwilling to adapt, not because the system is failing., A certain amount of rote, learning is essential, and modern schools are wrong to reject it completely., An aptitude, test can never truly predict someone’s future success., Many graduates leave university without truly managing to acquire, competence in their chosen field., Hands-on, learning is often overrated and doesn’t prepare students for academic success., If you don’t have an aptitude, for a subject, you shouldn’t be encouraged to pursue it., Mandatory competence, development for teachers is often a waste of time and resources., Having an impressive skill, set matters more than having a university degree., Teachers who only try to facilitate, learning lose authority and classroom control..
