Today I would like to present a clinical case., The patient is a 52-year-old male/female., The chief complaint is pain in the mandibular region., The patient reports swelling and difficulty chewing., The symptoms started about three months ago., The pain has gradually become worse over time., The patient has no significant medical history., There is no history of smoking or alcohol abuse., During the physical examination, we observed facial asymmetry., There was tenderness on palpation in the affected area., Imaging exams revealed a suspicious bone lesion., A biopsy was requested for further investigation., The initial diagnosis suggests a possible osteosarcoma., The patient was referred for specialist evaluation., We are now planning the next steps for treatment.
